Alzheimer’s Society provides free, confidential support to anyone affected by dementia, including those with a diagnosis, their families, friends and carers. Support is available for all types of dementia via telephone, online meetings and home visits, offering personalised, holistic guidance on everything from understanding symptoms to planning for the future, as well as signposting to other services when needed.

The service also delivers information sessions, peer support groups, and community initiatives such as Dementia Friends and dementia risk reduction talks, helping to raise awareness and support communities across the county.
